KRIS GETS KITCHENS

I've run a kitchen. Now I'll help you get the paperwork off your plate.

AI help for small San Antonio restaurants, set up with you, in person, step by step.

Who it's for

What you get

Recipe cards that match how you really cook. Yields, portion sizes, plate cost from your real invoices, and half, double or catering batches.

Prep and par lists. A daily prep list by station and draft orders based on your par levels.

Opening, closing and training checklists. One page each, ready to print and post.

An employee handbook draft — in your voice, ready for your attorney or HR professional to review.

Schedule drafts — with overtime and short shifts flagged.

Marketing, simplified and automated. Weekly post ideas and captions, specials and event posts, and review replies, written in your voice, and you approve everything.

Your own AI assistant — in your name, on your account. You approve everything. It never sends, orders or pays on its own.

Kris Padier, founder of Kris Gets Kitchens

About Kris

Former restaurant owner, marketer, and business systems analyst. I've run a kitchen, done my own marketing, and built the systems behind big companies, so now I set them up for yours.

I'm Kris Padier. I owned and ran Barbed Wire Burger Co. in the San Antonio area until September 2024, and I did all of my own restaurant marketing. Before that, I worked in finance and as a Business Systems Analyst and construction project administrator at Bartlett Cocke, so I know numbers, systems and paperwork.

What wore me out wasn't the cooking. It was the late-night ordering, the schedule, the reviews I didn't have time to answer and the recipes that lived in somebody's head. Kris Gets Kitchens is the help I wish I'd had: someone who knows a kitchen, sitting down with you and getting it on paper.

Let's see where your week goes.
